You can reach Brampton.Marketing three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which works out to noon until 9 p.m. in Brampton. We usually reply within one business day. Whichever you choose, a senior strategist reads it, not a sales team.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

The three ways to reach us

Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through. Have your rough numbers handy: average job value, how many leads you got last month, and which wards you serve.

Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job site or between estimates. A couple of lines is enough to start.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to share details, such as your website address, a recent ad report or a spreadsheet of past jobs.

Because Brampton is three hours ahead of Vancouver, a morning text from Brampton may get its reply around lunchtime your time. If it's urgent, say so.

What to include in your first message

The more we know, the more useful our first reply. You don't need everything; these help most:

  1. Your trade and business name, plus your website if you have one.
  2. Where you work: the Brampton ward pairs or communities you serve, and any neighbouring cities.
  3. Your languages: which languages your customers use, and which your team can answer calls in.
  4. Your numbers, roughly: average job value, leads per month, and how many become jobs.
  5. What's not working: too few calls, expensive ads, an agency you want to leave, a website you don't control.
  6. What you've tried before, and what happened.

A short example you can adapt:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] company based near [community] in Brampton, mostly working in [ward pairs]. About [number]% of our customers prefer Punjabi and two of our team speak it. We get about [number] leads a month and book about [number]. Our Google Ads spend is [amount] and we're not sure it's working. Can we talk?

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with a few questions or a suggested time to talk.
  2. A first conversation of about 30 minutes, free for eligible trades businesses. We look at your numbers, your profile and your website, and we give you an honest view, including "not yet" if that's the right answer.
  3. A written plan, if it makes sense: which services, wards and languages to start with, what each costs, and what we'll measure in the first 90 days.
  4. You decide. No pressure and no long contract. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

What we won't do with your message

We won't add you to a mailing list, pass your number to another contractor or a lead broker, or send you automated sequences. If you contact us and decide not to go ahead, that's the end of it. We only follow up with people who have reached out to us first, and only about the conversation you started.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to prepare, these pages help:

  • the services page explains the five services and where most contractors start
  • the pricing page lists the plans and what drives total cost
  • the budget-splitting guide shows the arithmetic we'll use
  • the FAQ answers questions about contracts, ownership and translation

Who you're contacting

Brampton.Marketing is a digital marketing and business consulting service for contractors, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We aren't contractors; we market contracting businesses and advise their owners. We only contact people who have contacted us first, and we don't share your details or your leads with anyone.

Frequently asked questions

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 whenever suits you, for example from a job site. Short is fine; we'll ask follow-up questions.

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is 12–9 in the afternoon and evening Eastern time. We usually reply within one business day.

Can I write to you in Punjabi or Hindi?

Please write in English if you can. We don't claim to speak Punjabi or Hindi ourselves, and we'd rather understand your message properly than guess.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute first consultation, separate from any paid plan, with no obligation.
